Personal Lines Claims Information

Kimbrell Insurance Group’s claims department has a full-time staff ready to handle all of your claims needs. Just fax or email a completed ACORD loss notice. The claim will then be assigned to an adjustor within the day. Upon confirmation of the adjustor, we will advise you of the claim number, adjustor’s name and his/her telephone number.

Please note the following pertinent information needed when completing the form:

• Name of the insured along with the policy number
• Current mortgage company and address information
• Daytime phone numbers for all contacts
• Alternate contact information in the event the insured had to relocate
• A copy of the police/fire report if available 

In the event of a claim, forward an ACORD loss notice to Kimbrell Insurance Group within 24 hours of a claim. Prompt claims reporting will ensure your clients will receive adequate and immediate claims response. A claims acknowledgemnet will be sent to your office within 24 hours.

In the event of a catastrophe, Kimbrell Insurance Group has additional staff trained and available for your support, as well as immediate availability of catastophe funds.
